Picking the best offer instead of the worst one keeps

$900 in your pocket

Illustration only. Real offers depend on your case, your state, and each funder’s review. This is not a loan — repayment comes out of your settlement, and only if you win.

How we make money
Three steps

Apply Today. Get offers right away.

No documents to hunt down, no credit check, and nobody calls your employer.

STEP 1

Tell us about your case

About five minutes. Your name, what happened, who your attorney is, and how much you need.

STEP 2

We confirm it with your attorney

We contact your attorney's office directly to verify the case. You don't have to chase anyone or explain anything twice.

STEP 3

Offers come in. You choose.

Every offer shows the exact dollar amount you'd repay. Sign the one you like and the funder wires the money.

Why a marketplace

One company gives you one price. Multiple companies give you a choice.

Most funding companies quote you their rate and that’s the end of it. There’s nothing to compare it against, so you take it.

Going direct to one funder

You get their number

  • One rate, take it or leave it
  • To compare, you re-apply somewhere else
  • Your attorney fields the same call repeatedly
  • No way to know if you overpaid
MyCaseLoan

They compete for you

  • One application, seen by every funder on the platform
  • Offers land side by side, sorted by what you'd repay
  • Your attorney verifies once, not four times
  • You can turn all of them down at no cost
The catch, or the lack of one

What you never pay

Nothing if you lose

Funding is non-recourse. If your case doesn't win, the funder absorbs it. You keep the money.

No monthly payments

Nothing is due while your case is open. Repayment happens once, out of the settlement.

No credit check

Your credit score and your job aren't part of this. The case is what's being reviewed.

No fee to apply

Applying, getting verified, and reading your offers costs nothing. Walk away at any point.

Straight answer

Legal funding shouldn’t be confusing. Here’s exactly how it works.

We’re committed to making every part of the process clear, from how offers are made to what you’ll receive and what you’ll repay. Here’s exactly how MyCaseLoan works.

Your advance

You receive the full advance

Your approved advance is never reduced by platform or broker fees. Those fees are added to the funding balance and are only repaid if your case results in a recovery.

Our role

We help you compare competing offers.

MyCaseLoan isn't a funding company. Independent funders review your case, compete for your business, and make offers directly to you.

Your data

Your case file isn't for sale

Funders on the platform see your case in order to bid on it. We don't sell your information to lead buyers, marketers, or anyone else.

The math

One number, in dollars, before you sign

Every offer states the total you'd repay at settlement — not just a percentage. If the wording confuses you, we'll walk your attorney through it.

Questions

The things people actually ask

What happens if I lose my case?

You keep the money and repay nothing. That's what non-recourse means, and it's the reason this costs more than a bank loan — the funder is taking the risk that your case doesn't win.

Will this hurt my credit?

No. There's no credit check to apply and nothing is reported to credit bureaus. Your score isn't used to decide anything.

Does my attorney have to agree?

Your attorney has to confirm the case and sign an acknowledgment, because repayment comes out of the settlement they'll be distributing. They don't guarantee anything or take on any liability.

How much can I get?

Funders typically advance a modest share of what your case is expected to settle for, so it depends on the case. Most requests fall between $1,000 and $25,000, and you can request more than once as the case goes on.

How long does it take?

The slowest part is usually attorney verification. Once your attorney confirms the case, funders can review it and respond quickly.

For attorneys

Verify once, not five times

Confirm representation in a single portal, share documents securely, and stop fielding the same call from four funding companies about one client.

For funders

Attorney-verified deal flow

Review pre-screened cases with the documentation already attached, build offers with your own terms, and manage your portfolio in one place.
